“I had a wonderful experience today at Dr. Lourie’s office. From the nurse, to the X-ray tech, to the resident on-call, to Dr. Lourie, everyone was a joy to work with, even at 8 am. The doctor sat down to understand what was happening and hear exactly what had happened. He listened to the [ast history, asked his questions, and ran some tests. Dr. Lourie explained what he ruled out, his diagnosis, and the appropriate next steps to heal me. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.”
