“Dr. Bernardini runs close to his schedule and is patient and respectful of what you say. He also thoroughly explained the diagnostics, treatment plan, and recommendations to my husband and me. A few times, I got out into the waiting room and remembered I had a question. The receptionist would call or run back, and I would have an immediate answer. He explained the possible issues with needing surgery and ultimately left the decision to me, for there were risks either way moving forward. He seemed understanding of my choices, and I respected that. He sits, talks to you, and makes eye contact. I've seen doctors charting away on a computer while you are speaking. Dr. Bernardini does not do that. He is very attentive and quiet when you talk.”

“Dr. Bernardini is professional, courteous, and, most importantly, empathetic. He takes the time to listen. What I truly appreciate, however, is his approach to treat you without jumping to surgery immediately. These days, you almost expect a specialist/surgeon to default to a recommendation of surgery. It's refreshing that Dr. Bernardini does not. My family will see Dr. Bernardini for any future orthopedics issues.”
– William P.
