“Everyone was great. I was nervous going in, but by the time I finished checking in, I already felt better. The lady at check-in was great. I didn’t wait long in the lobby. I was given impressive information about what they were doing and what they were going to do. Their understanding helped with my nervousness. Dr. Klein came in to explain and reassure me. I was instantly taken by the obvious fact that there was a team there for one reason: me. I also saw that it was seamless because they were all professionals. My nerves were gone. Also, there was a sense of respect among the Dr. Klein team. Confidence demands confidence. Kudos to all.”
